United Faculty represents full-time faculty across the three institutions that comprise the North Orange County Community College District:
- Cypress College (CC) — comprehensive community college serving North Orange County, with academic divisions in Business/CIS and CTE; Counseling and Visual & Performing Arts; Health Sciences and Kinesiology/Athletics; Language Arts and Library; Science, Engineering & Mathematics (SEM); and Social Sciences.
- Fullerton College (FC) — one of the oldest community colleges in California, with academic divisions in Business/CIS and Physical Education; Counseling; Fine Arts; Humanities and Library; Math and Computer Science; Natural Sciences; Social Sciences; and Technology and Engineering.
- North Orange Continuing Education (NOCE) — the district's non-credit institution, providing adult education, ESL, GED, career skills, and parenting and older-adult programming. NOCE faculty work under the same UF contract and the same Rep Council, with a dedicated NOCE seat on the Council and dedicated NOCE grievance representation.
The District's elected Board of Trustees governs all three institutions. UF negotiates a single Collective Bargaining Agreement that covers full-time faculty across all three campuses; districtwide policies (the academic calendar, AI policy, accessibility implementation) are negotiated and decided once for everyone.
Have a question or concern? Bring it through your Rep Council member — that is the formal channel for accurate, timely response. See Leadership & Reps for your campus and division contacts. Official UF updates are distributed only by email from UF role-based accounts and posted to UnitedFacultyNOCCCD.org.
