The Grievance Center is the members-only working space for enforcing the Collective Bargaining Agreement. When contract rights are challenged, our three Grievance Reps — one per campus — are the first line of defense: trained advocates, supported by CTA staff, who track every case in our secure GrievTrac system. Bring concerns to your campus Rep early. The contractual filing window is 40 days from the point at which a faculty member should reasonably be aware of the issue, so prompt contact protects your options even before you decide whether to file.
