GrievTrac: Secure Grievance Case Management
Aug 01, 2026
GrievTrac is the secure, union-built case-management system United Faculty uses to track every grievance and every member concern from intake through resolution. The system records key dates, contract-article references, employer and member details, statements, remedies, and resolution data; uploads and stores supporting documentation; and configures automated email or text notifications for upcoming review deadlines.

Grievance Reps and authorized Executive Board members access GrievTrac directly. Members do not log into GrievTrac themselves — instead, when a Grievance Rep opens a case for you, the system tracks the timeline and surfaces upcoming deadlines so nothing falls through the cracks. If you would like to file a concern, please complete the United Faculty Intake Form to begin the process.

GrievTrac replaces previous patchwork tracking and aligns the chapter with established CTA grievance practice. The system is also being expanded to track non-grievance member concerns so that anything escalated through Rep Council enters the same accountable system. Authorized members of the Executive Board and Grievance Committee have access.

Have a question or concern? Bring it through your Rep Council member — that is the formal channel for accurate, timely response. See Leadership & Reps for your campus and division contacts. Official UF updates are distributed only by email from UF role-based accounts and posted to UnitedFacultyNOCCCD.org.
