The Representative Council meets at least once per month during the academic year. Meetings are open to all UF members; Active members of the chapter have the right to attend and observe. Business is conducted by elected Representatives or seated Alternates.

Notices and agendas are sent to all Representative Council members at least two business days in advance and posted to the members-only Meeting Minutes & Agendas page. Recent past minutes from February, March, and April 2026 sessions are available there as well.
If you would like to bring an item before Rep Council, contact your Rep first; they can put items on the agenda or carry your input into the discussion.
